These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk6gam ("pk6gam", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pk6gam.net and associated domains.

pk6gam is an internationally licensed online gaming operator. The Platform offers sports betting services (including cricket, badminton, and volleyball betting), a live casino, slot games, and associated banking and promotional services, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and designed specifically for the Pakistani market.

These Terms govern all interactions between you and pk6gam, including account registration and management, deposits and withdrawals, participation in betting and casino games, claiming bonuses and promotions, and use of all features available via the pk6gam website and mobile platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with pk6gam's Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk6gam.

To register and maintain an account with pk6gam, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk6gam applies a minimum age of 21, which is stricter than the 18-year minimum applied by some other international operators. This threshold reflects our commitment to responsible gaming in the Pakistani market.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested by pk6gam for identity verification purposes.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether issued by pk6gam or any other gaming operator — that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
• You must not be a pk6gam employee, contractor, director, officer, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account with pk6gam. Opening duplicate accounts, or opening a new account following a self-exclusion, is a serious breach of these Terms. pk6gam will close any duplicate accounts identified and may, at its discretion, void any winnings generated through such accounts and/or permanently close all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk6gam account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

pk6gam strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA adds a second verification layer via your registered Pakistani mobile number and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.

You must notify pk6gam immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact our support team via live chat or email at the address listed in Section 15. pk6gam will take reasonable steps to secure your account following such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

• Accounts must be kept up to date. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update your account details promptly to ensure continued 2FA delivery and account recovery capability.
• pk6gam may suspend or close an account if it detects suspicious activity, breach of these Terms, or if required to do so by applicable law or its licensing obligations.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting pk6gam support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and wagering requirements being met.

pk6gam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network). Available payment methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is displayed in your pk6gam account cashier.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount across all supported payment channels is PKR 100. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically reflect within 2–4 hours during banking business hours. Raast and SadaPay transfers typically complete within 10–30 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required blockchain confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. pk6gam does not charge any withdrawal processing fees. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must meet the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all applicable identity verification (KYC) checks.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements associated with your account must have been fully completed before real-money withdrawal is permitted, unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that you have previously used to deposit into your pk6gam account (source of funds matching), or to a verified account registered in your legal name.
• pk6gam reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawal requests above PKR 50,000.

pk6gam reserves the right to reverse or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. Any such decision will be communicated to the affected player in writing.

All sports bets placed on pk6gam are subject to these general betting rules and to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the pk6gam sportsbook. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that market.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding once pk6gam has issued a bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets displayed as "Pending" are not confirmed until the confirmation is issued. pk6gam reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion without providing a reason.

Cricket and PSL Betting: Cricket is the primary sports betting category on pk6gam. The following rules apply to all cricket markets:

• Match betting markets require the match to be completed for bets to stand, unless a result is determined by DLS method, in which case the DLS result is the official result for betting purposes.
• For Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, in-play and ball-by-ball markets are governed by the live market rules published in the pk6gam sportsbook at the time of bet placement.
• Abandoned matches (where fewer than the minimum required overs are bowled) will result in all match winner bets being voided and stakes returned, unless a result has already been determined.
• Innings runs markets and player performance markets are settled based on the official scorecard published by the relevant cricket board.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by pk6gam in the following circumstances: where a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the specified deadline; where there is a manifest error in the odds offered; or where pk6gam has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's account.

In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are available for selected cricket and sports events. In-play odds change rapidly, and it is possible for a bet to be accepted at odds that differ from those displayed at the moment of submission due to odds movement. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the final binding odds for that bet.

The pk6gam Casino section offers live dealer games and RNG (Random Number Generator) slot games from certified third-party game providers. All casino games available on pk6gam are independently certified for fairness by approved testing laboratories.

RTP and House Edge: All slot games display their Return to Player (RTP) percentage in the game information section. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return to players and do not guarantee individual session results. The house edge varies by game type and specific game title.

Live Casino: Live dealer games at pk6gam Casino are streamed from certified dealer studios. Game results are determined by live physical processes (card shuffles, roulette spins) and are final once confirmed by the dealer. Technical disconnections during a live game do not void the outcome if the hand or round was completed before disconnection.

Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game, any bets placed during the malfunction period will be voided and stakes returned. pk6gam is not liable for any losses claimed to arise from a game malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.

• Players may not use any software, tool, or strategy that artificially manipulates casino game outcomes or exploits software vulnerabilities.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to additional terms published within the game interface. Jackpot awards are subject to verification before payment.
• Maximum single-session winning amounts may apply to certain casino games as specified in the game-specific terms or the applicable bonus terms.

pk6gam offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section and to any specific terms published with each promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a player's pk6gam account are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money.

Bonus Wallet: Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus wallet within your pk6gam account. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately. When placing bets, you may select which wallet to use; real-money wallet bets carry no wagering restrictions. The order in which funds are used when both wallets contain a balance will be as specified in the promotion terms.

• Bonuses are available for one-time use per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• pk6gam reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotion, or disqualify a player from a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets with low risk to exhaust wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors.
• Free bet credits are non-withdrawable. Only the winnings generated from free bet stakes may be withdrawn, subject to any applicable wagering requirements stated in the free bet offer terms.
• Bonus offers are subject to time limits. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account.
• Maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings may apply and will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.

pk6gam is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pk6gam players from the Account Settings → Responsible Gaming section:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once the limit is reached, pk6gam will prevent further betting until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: You may set a reminder that alerts you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary break from gambling, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot access the gaming sections of pk6gam.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a full self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months, up to a maximum of five years. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the selected period. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked from all gaming activity and you will be removed from all marketing communications.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk6gam platform and will result in immediate account suspension and/or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, or opening an account under a false name or using another person's identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial account activity.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or placing bets on events in which you or any party known to you has inside information or the ability to influence the outcome.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or glitches to generate winnings. Any winnings generated via exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Money laundering — using pk6gam to layer, place, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity. pk6gam is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Chargebacks — disputing valid transactions with your payment provider after betting activity has taken place. Any chargeback disputes will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for any funds obtained.
• Providing false information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.

pk6gam reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's conduct constitutes prohibited behaviour under these Terms. Any determination made by pk6gam under this section is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.

All content on the pk6gam platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, data, and game interfaces — is the property of pk6gam or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk6gam platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from pk6gam without express prior written consent.

Third-party game content (slot games, live casino game interfaces, odds data) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to pk6gam for use on the platform. Use of such content beyond the personal gameplay context is prohibited.

The pk6gam platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pk6gam takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk6gam's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

pk6gam is not liable for:

• Any gambling losses you incur during normal platform use.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from platform use or inability to access the platform.
• Failures or delays in internet connectivity on your end, including issues with Jazz, Zong, Telenor, or Ufone mobile networks.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Any consequential, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind.

pk6gam collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the pk6gam platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk6gam will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, licensing authorities, and law enforcement where required by law or by pk6gam's licensing obligations.

All data transmitted between your device and the pk6gam platform is encrypted using TLS 1.3 encryption. Account passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes; pk6gam employees cannot access your password in plain text.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk6gam holds its gaming licence.

Dispute Resolution Process: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your pk6gam account, bets, or any other platform matter, you should follow the below escalation path:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to pk6gam's customer support team via live chat or email. Provide your account details, the nature of the complaint, and any relevant bet reference numbers. Support will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first level, you may request escalation to pk6gam's compliance team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed and a formal written response provided within 5 business days.
• Step 3 — Final Review: If you remain dissatisfied following the compliance team response, you may request a final review by pk6gam's senior management team. A final decision will be issued within 10 business days. This decision is binding on pk6gam and represents the conclusion of pk6gam's internal dispute process.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through pk6gam's internal dispute process, either party may pursue resolution through arbitration or the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, as set out in the licence terms.

pk6gam reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Reasons for amendments may include changes in applicable law, licensing requirements, operational practices, or the introduction of new products and services.

Whenever these Terms are materially amended, pk6gam will publish the updated version on the pk6gam.net website and will notify players via email to the registered email address on their account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will also be revised.

Continued use of the pk6gam platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure with withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.
